We will make changes to the hosting platform. Your TOPdesk production environment will be unavailable for up to 4 hours, but probably around 2 hours.

We will perform the maintenance at:
10:00 - 18:00 CET (Amsterdam)

We are migrating supporting parts of our software product to a more modern platform, which will enable better performance and reliability for those services, and increased expandability for future performance, reliability and observability enhancements.
