To ensure the stability and security of our SaaS network we will be updating our servers during the maintenance window on Sunday the 20th of November. As our network has been designed in a redundant way, we do not expect this maintenance to affect the availability of your TOPdesk SaaS environment. There are, however, two functionalities that will be affected:
1. We will temporarily disable the functionality to schedule restarts, copies to test environments and other jobs on your SaaS environment.
2. E-mails that have been sent from your SaaS environment may be delayed as our SMTP servers are included in the maintenance.

On Sunday the 20th of November our engineers will start the maintenance at 9:00 CET (8:00 UTC) and we expect it to be finished around 17:00 CET (16:00 UTC).
