Temporary slow performance for a subset of environments at NL3 hosting location

We experienced problems at the NL3 hosting location. As a result, some TOPdesk environments responded very slow.

The issue has already been resolved and was caused by a high load on one of the SQL servers for about 30 minutes.
This load was caused by a TOPdesk environment running into a corner case, resulting in executing the same extensive query multiple times instead of once.
