Most restarts have been executed as expected. Some environments on the EU1 hosting location are taking longer than expected to start. As a result, some test environments on that hosting location are currently unavailable. We're working to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

To implement a security fix, all test environments will be restarted today between 10:00 and 12:00 UTC.
