Dear subscriber,
As you know, the status page is used to publish information about maintenance and disruptions. In order to make it easier to find the information that is relevant to you, the page was updated in June 2019 so that information can be seen per datacenter.

With this update we want to inform you that e-mail subscriptions have been updated accordingly. If you were subscribed to e-mail updates for all datacenters (the default setting on the previous Status page), your e-mail notifications have now been matched with the datacenters used to host TOPdesk environments for your organization. If you had already updated your subscriptions on the new status page, we have not changed your subscription settings.

We trust that these updated subscription settings provide you with the information that is relevant to you. You can review and change your subscription settings at any time by clicking 'Manage your subscription' below.
