An issue with our database servers in US1 may affect the availability of environments that are hosted in this datacenter. Our engineers are working on resolving the issue.

To ensure the stability and security of our SaaS network we will be updating our servers during the maintenance window on Sunday the 21st of August. As our network has been designed in a redundant way, we do not expect this maintenance to affect the availability of your TOPdesk SaaS environment. There are, however, two functionalities that will be affected: 1. We will temporarily disable the functionality to schedule restarts, copies to test environments and other jobs on your SaaS environment. 2. E-mails that have been sent from your SaaS environment may be delayed as our SMTP servers are included in the maintenance.
On Sunday the 21st of August our engineers will start the maintenance at 9:00 CEST (7:00 UTC) and we expect it to be finished around 17:00 CEST (15:00 UTC).
