The scheduled maintenance has been completed.

As a result there was a minor interruption in our service architecture for a few services. This has been fixed.

Everything is working as expected again.

We are constantly working to improve our platform. As part of these improvements, we are expanding to a new hosting location. On Easter Sunday (17 April) our hosting provider in NL3 will have to make some physical changes to our network infrastructure in order to prepare for future expansion. Maintenance will start at 15:00 CEST and is expected to take no more than 1 hour.

This maintenance may cause short interruptions in the reachability of TOPdesk environments in our NL3 datacenter. TOPdesk servers will continue running, so no data will be lost.
