Update
Due to an unforeseen issue during the preparation for this maintenance on the AU1 datacenter, we decided to postpone it to the night of 23 November. This maintenance may cause recently uploaded files to be temporarily unavailable during the night while we re-sync all data to the new storage platform.

During the maintenance window of 16 November we will adjust all TOPdesk environments in our AU1 datacenter to a new storage platform for uploaded files.
This maintenance may cause recently uploaded files to be temporarily unavailable during the night while we re-sync all data to the new storage platform.
