After a period of monitoring and reports of customers, we have concluded that Microsoft successfully fixed the Exchange Online services availability. Please contact TOPdesk Support if you are still running into any issues with your environment.

Some customers are still experiencing issues importing email into TOPdesk from Microsoft Exchange Online mailboxes.
Microsoft updated their status page: Users may experience delays or access issues in the Exchange Online service via any connection mehod.
Admins have access to the service health status of Microsoft itself:
We are currently experiencing problems on all our hosting locations due to a problem at our Content Delivery Network. As a result your TOPdesk environment may show a '500 internal server error' message.
We are aware of the problem and are working on a solution.
